This custom whole-home renovation transformed a downtown Kingston residence on Mowat Avenue into a refined, high-end living space. Working alongside Alberta-based designer Maria Wyszynska, we brought a highly detailed vision to life with custom finishes and in-floor heating throughout the home.

The project also included a custom steam room addition at the rear of the house, thoughtfully positioned just steps from the homeowners’ swim spa to create a private, spa-like retreat.
